Delivery Information

Our timpani sticks are made individually for you and if requested are made to your personal specifications.
The making time depends upon the models chosen, the number of pairs ordered and any specifications that you require.
Most orders can be completed within 4 weeks, but it may be possible to meet your particular deadline if required.
The sticks will be shipped to you as soon as possible after making.

For UK addresses, Royal Mail "Recorded Delivery" or "Special Delivery by 1pm" will be used.
For all other destinations Royal Mail "Signed For" or "Tracked and Signed" , or UPS International Carrier will be used depending upon the country of destination.
