By submitting an order using this Order Cart, or by registering an account, you agree to give your consent for your personal details and information about your ordered items to be held by David Morbey Timpani & Percussion in accordance with the provisions of the UK Data Protection Act 2018.  This information will only be used to allow us to send sticks to you and to provide you with an exceptional future service and we will not sell or distribute your details to any third party unless required to do so by the Data Protection Registrar.  Our Privacy Notice gives details of the data we collect, how it will be used, and the lawful basis for collecting the data.

All the sticks you order are made for you personally by David Morbey.

Normally the time between you placing your order and the sticks being made for you is about four weeks, but shorter times may be available by arrangement.

You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order or within 7 days of receiving your order provided the timpani sticks ordered are made or are to be made with standard cores and felt depths and with standard sized shafts of between 10mm to 12mm diameter and with a standard overall stick length of 38cm.  If the sticks have not yet left my workshop, then you will be offered a full refund of the amount paid.  If the sticks have already been despatched to you or have been received by you, you must immediately notify us by email or by telephone that you wish to return the sticks and let us know the reason and then promptly return the sticks via a fully insured mail or carrier service with a signature required upon delivery.  Upon receipt of the returned sticks and provided they are in unused condition, A refund will be made of the amount paid by you when you placed the order.

If when you order your sticks you specify any non-standard shaft dimension or core or felt depth or have requested a customised stick in any way, then a full refund may not be available to you.  The amount of refund will depend upon how far the order has progressed.

The conditions above are required by EU law, the UK Data Protection Registrar and by Worldpay, but you can be assured that David will make every effort to ensure that the service he provides to you in making your timpani sticks is first class.  Your complete satisfaction with your timpani sticks is important to him.  If you have any problems with the timpani sticks he makes for you, or with the service he provides, or with the operation of this site, then please notify him as soon as possible and he will attend to your concerns without delay.  Our contact details are shown on the Contact us page.
